I always love doing this class, it’s good training for you as we talk about each wine, region, country ectara and we blind taste, then once you know the break down of each wine you can not only increase your wine knowledge but your pallet as well. This class, our spring class will taste a couple of whites and the rest lighter reds that work well in the warmer months. Here I want us to be tasting wines that are blends of different varietals and from a few countries that I have found interesting so get that tongue ready.
