this is the Chef enjoyin some swim time, when he finishes he'll post some more classes.....
Some of the past classes I've taught were the Carnivores Class, Ominvore & Vegan Class, Bread Class, Dessert Class, Curing & Fermenting Class, Savory Class and even a Country Ham Class.
My next load of classes will be a more focused class on some of these previous classes above and will be smaller as to have a more student focus for a more in-depth class so a little more advanced than some of the past classes so i think we'll have a real good and intense time and of course with a little wine to clam our nerve, lol
