We’ll taste some of what America has to taste from the wester part of the country, California & Washington reds, Petite Syrah, zinfandel, Cabernet, Syrah, red blends of different varietals, and a couple of Italian grapes that these states dabble with, this is goin to be a delicious class.  To soak up some of the after affects I’ll do my fancy brine & fried chicken, seared & grilled mystery meat and some veggies plus a pie or two to finish this class off.  You’ll also be able to purchase any of the wines you like.  170.00
