Ok, here we go, lately I’ve been diving into my collection of dessert and have come up with what just happen out of ‘not payin attention’. Sometimes at work I’ll have some distrations while baking and oops, what the hell is this thing. Well, as it turns out dam good so I write down the formulas and make a few times tweeking here and there and now all of a sudden I have created what I now call The Chocolate Project, the Lemon Project and so one with several projects in a lot of dessert catigories so be ready for some crazy dessert baking. Chocolate, Lemon, Coconut, you name it. This will be a fun class and we’ll make some different doughs to use as well.
