This is a relish my grandmother used to make all the time. it’s a cross between a pickle relish and a kind of chow chow. It’s not to sweet and has wonderful cinnamon flavors with other spices and tons of cabbage, cauliflower, peppers, tomatoes and other veggies. we eat it on our lunch or dinner plate as a condiment or it’s perfect on a cheese and meat plate. I also use some mixed into my ham salad, endless possibilities, look out mr hamburger!
